Laborer We are looking to add a laborer to our team! We work on exciting and significant projects all over western Massachusetts and greater New England. Job Description - Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material - Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on-site - Handle and transport materials and equipment - Use power tools when needed - Follow instructions from Superintendents to perform manual labor tasks - Help with setting up and transferring equipment - Maintain and wear any required Personal Protective Equipment. Requirements and skills - Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.) - Good hand-eye coordination - Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus - Communication and teamwork skills - Commitment to safety rules - Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset but not necessary - OSHA 10-hour card required. This is a full-time hourly position with benefits including six paid holidays, health, dental, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, sick time, paid vacation time, and a retirement plan with profit sharing. Pay range: up to \$30 per hour, depending on experience.
