MassMutual Investment Office Consultant - REMOTE US in Springfield, Massachusetts
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Investment Office Consultant to join our growing wealth management organization! The work will be fast-paced and innovative and will require marshaling resources across the organization. You’ll interface frequently with our broader Wealth Management organization and help us implement best practices of portfolio management.

Helping create efficiencies and scale for an organization with meaningful growth potential
Partnering with Advisors and internal and external operations teams to navigate the process of opening and maintaining investment accounts
Working with Advisors to understand and implement the specific needs of clients, particularly high net worth
Constructing successful investment portfolios informed by market conditions and economic trends
Monitoring client’s investment portfolios to ensure aligned with investor’s objectives as well as market conditions and outlook
Staying up to date with MMLIS product offerings as well as relevant investment and trading news, and economic trends
Interacting with the broader investment organization designed around solving real client problems
Communicating thoughtfully and clearly to stakeholders and clients
The Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance or related field
At least 2 years operational or service experience in the financial services industry
Series 7 at time of application or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
The Ideal Qualifications
- CFA, or progress towards becoming a CFA Charterholder
If within a commutable distance to our Springfield, MA office, a hybrid work model (1-2days a week in office) is required.
If not within a commutable distance, 100% REMOTE is available.
- $65,000 – $80,000 + annual bonus & competitive benefits package
