Oracle Senior Principal Product Manager in Springfield, Illinois

Job Description

Oracle has recently launched a new initiative called Integrated Revenue Cycle Mangement in response to our growing customer needs and expansion. This team is committed to advancing product development and strategy for Oracle Health's integrated Revenue Cycle solutions, with a focus on building a comprehensive platform that modernizes and automates healthcare delivery. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to ensure our product portfolio meets global interoperability standards, complies with international regulations, and integrates smoothly with healthcare systems (e.g., HL7® FHIR®). You will guide our teams to align with country-specific profiles, maintain clear operational guidelines, and track key metrics tied to regulatory and integration readiness.

Working closely with product management, engineering, and compliance, you’ll streamline reporting, mitigate interoperability risks, and uphold strict data exchange requirements. Your leadership will foster trust, support timely market entry, and drive a culture of excellence, ensuring our products deliver secure, standards-based healthcare information worldwide.

Responsibilities displayed in the job posting

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Registration and Scheduling products, in line with the OHAI portfolio strategy.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with healthcare stakeholders to gather insights, ensuring the products address market needs and improve patient access and scheduling experiences.

  • Product Development & Innovation: Drive new product development and enhancements to existing solutions, utilizing innovative approaches to meet market demands and improve competitive positioning.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to manage product releases, integration, and successful deployment to clients.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage market research, analytics, and feedback to inform product direction and prioritize features based on customer impact and business goals.

  • Agile Product Management: Own the product backlog, define user stories, and lead Agile development to deliver solutions that address real-world healthcare challenges.

  • Thought Leadership & Evangelism: Serve as a product ambassador, sharing the product vision and strategy through presentations, conferences, and social media.

  • Quality & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering an environment of collaboration, creativity, and customer-centricity.

Responsibilities

As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
