Job Description
Responsible for the identification of relevant new business opportunities and designs "go-to-market" plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues.
Responsibilities
The Oracle North America Applications team is looking for a Strategy & Execution lead with experience in strategy, GTM planning and sales execution support for enterprise applications. Your role will be to develop and lead execution of the GTM strategy for assigned industries, enabling our Sales organizations through the orchestration of the surrounding ecosystem (internal & external). Provide account representatives with information on how the products address specific market needs, and assists account representatives in using Oracle's products to drive large revenue opportunities. Assist in articulating product messages, competitive differentiators and Oracle's business value. You will play a crucial role in contributing to our long-term business growth of Oracle North America Applications.
-Develop Analytics sales strategy and sales plays for assigned industries each year and report progress
-Engage development on priority product requirement & influence a differentiate industry roadmap
-Orchestrate the ecosystem plan and work with field marketing to launch & activate campaigns throughout the year
- Lead territory & account planning and facilitate pipeline reviews & opportunity win strategies
-Analyze data to inform and empower decision making and enable your sales teams
-Advise sales leaders (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on pipeline health, win/loss and overall business performance
-Drive the launch & enablement of messaging, sales assets and the sales process.
Requirements:
-Proven work experience as an Enterprise Apps Sales Strategist, Client Partner/ Sales Director or similar role, or sales experience in Analytics including quota (field, inside, solution engineering), minimum of 10 years
-Must have knowledge and experience with Analytics software
-Must have experience and knowledge in at least one of the following industry/verticals - Retail, MFG, Healthcare, Government, Banking
-Advanced analytics, MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
-Understanding of sales performance metrics
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to deliver engaging presentations
-Attention to detail
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 8 years of progressively increased responsibilities in sales or sales management. Marketing and business development experience preferred. Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible results. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to Travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only
Hiring Range: from $126,600 to $207,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
