The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in various business functions, including Network and Security Operations, Service Desk, Cloud environments, and Cyber Incident Response. As the Director of IT Operations, you will report to the VP of Technology overseeing day-to-day operational IT programs and departments, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage our IT operations, including Network and Security Operations, Service Desk, Cloud environments, and Incident Response.

- Develop and implement IT and cybersecurity plans and programs to meet changing business needs and industry standards.

- Coordinate support functions across our organization to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

- Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide strategic guidance on IT initiatives.

- Assist VP of Technology in managing budget forecasting and execution for IT projects and initiatives.

- Evaluate, recommend and assist in implementation of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with increasing responsibility.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT programs and departments.

- Strong expertise in IT Operations, Service Delivery, Cybersecurity, Network and Security Operations, Cloud environments, and Incident Response.

- Experience working with geographically diverse teams and managing stakeholders in multiple locations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus.

Skills and Knowledge:

- Proficiency in Azure and M365 Administration.

- Experience with Palo Alto and Cisco Firewalls.

- Strong background in Service Desk Management and SDLC.

- Knowledge of IDS/IPS, VPN, NAC, and SecOps.

- Familiarity with Zero Trust, IAM, and PKI.

- Expertise in Virtual Infrastructure and Data Center management.

- Understanding of ITIL Service Delivery, Availability, and Problem Management.

- Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and AGILE Methodology.

- Previous experience in Call Center and Service Desk Operations.

Work Environment

The employee is constantly required to talk, hear and operate a computer and mouse. The employee is frequently required to walk, bend, twist, push, pull, reach and use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee may occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee will frequently lift and/or more up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
