Analyze user requirements, procedures, processes, identify problems and evaluate alternative solutions automate or improve existing systems. Work with the clients, stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements for the new IT systems to be developed. Knowledge of JavaScript Framework and Libraries. Review the existing computer systems and procedures in the organization and design solutions to make them more efficient and effective. Develop software applications, create complex databases. Examine existing SQL queries for potential speed enhancements. Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems or commercially available software to customize them for the organization. Creates and maintains all PL/SQL required for development, testing, education and production usage. Conduct testing to ensure that the systems work as expected. Position Requirements: Three years of work experience in any position/title providing experience with JavaScript, SQL & PLSQL. Special Skills: Qualifying experience must include experience with JavaScript, SQL & PLSQL. Position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.
