DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this role, you will supervise staff performing human resource functions including employee relations, workforce support and timekeeping. You will act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, improve communications, and enhance overall employee satisfaction. You will also work with Central Office and Bureau of Enterprise Recruitment to attract top talent. Additionally, you will ensure appropriate and necessary training courses are available and offered at the facility.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 45-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Human Resource Analyst 2 in the area of the parenthetical; or One year as a Field Human Resource Officer 1, and one year of professional experience in the area of the parenthetical;or Two years of experience in the performance of professional human resource work, including one year of professional experience in the area of the parenthetical; and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. You must be able to perform essential job functions. Legal Requirements: A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination and drug screening. This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
