Job Title: Roof/Framing Carpenter Job Description: Constructing, repairing and maintaining the structural framework of buildings. Job Type: Full Time Salary/Wage: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Required Skills: Proficiency in carpentry techniques including framing, roofing, and general construction practices Ability to interpret and work from construction blueprints and technical drawings Excellent physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions Construction of various dormers/valleys Completion of truss placement Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in carpentry preferred Previous experience in framing and roofing carpentry is highly advantageous Certification or licensure may be required depending on local regulations Benefits: 401 (K) Medical Insurance after 90 days Paid vacation after 1 year 6 paid holidays Bonus opportunities Apply in person.
