Description

We are offering an employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in Spokane, Washington. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our team, managing multiple accounting systems, executing month-end close tasks, and leading system conversion projects. This role operates in a hybrid workplace, providing the flexibility to work remotely or on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of month-end close duties

• Maintain and manage detailed customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Drive the transition of company operations to Business Central - D365

• Work on projects in various stages of completion, such as the implementation of an expense reporting platform and an AR platform

• Execute month-end close tasks, including account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations

• Collaborate with the team to navigate change management processes

• Play a key role in system conversion and implementation projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Month End Close procedures.

• Experience with System Conversion and Implementation is expected.

• Ability to perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation is a must.

• Experience with Account and Bank Reconciliations is necessary.

• Mastery of General Ledger maintenance and management.

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining Journal Entries.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
