Coffman Engineers is seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, and technically minded Senior Discipline Engineer (15+years) to join our team and apply your engineering skills to challenging projects. The successful candidate will be an outgoing and enthusiastic self-starter, with a desire to work and grow with a multidiscipline engineering team and be willing to have fun! Qualifications A four-year degree in Structural Engineering or a related field Master's Degree in Structural Engineering (preferred) Registration as a S.E. 15+ years minimum of experience in the structural design of buildings or similar structures Experience with computer analysis software systems Excellent leadership, supervisory, and writing and verbal communication skills Being comfortable consulting to architectural practices Experience and ability to maintain working relationships with clients Experience as a project manager Working as part of a multi-discipline design team Effective technical writing and communication skills. Excellent time management skills. A positive attitude with a focus on team and client success. Expected annual salary range depending on experience: $115,500-$156,500 This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
