Responsibilities: Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service Manage bi-monthly payroll process with precision and adherence to policies Uphold high standards for store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising Oversee software account maintenance and actively contribute to company leadership discussions Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Skills: Previous sales experience within the clothing/fashion industry
Education: No Degree Required Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: Proven leadership skills, team of 5+ Passion for fashion, understanding of trends Experience driving sales and achieving value-led results Managing expenses/cash flow
