We are looking for a technically skilled candidate with good problem-solving ability for a position of Product Technical Support to support IT manufacturing processes in a medium-sized enterprise environment.  The Product Technical Support person is expected to display good interpersonal skills as they will interact with colleagues from various departments and executive levels.  They are required to listen to technical needs, understand the problems, and take directions, and implement solutions.  

Essential Job Duties:

• Configure Windows 10/11/Server 2022 operating systems
• Implement security and best practices
• Install software
• Troubleshoot networks
• Develop/document processes
• Write power shell scripts
• Develop/Apply Active Directory GPO rules
• Configure gateway firewall rules
• Configure Network equipment

IT Technician Requirements

• 2+ Years' experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
• A+, Network+ accreditation advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Active Directory and software installation
• Attention to detail
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Location Spokane Valley, WA (Required)
