Providence St. Joseph Health Mental Health Social Worker MSW (Part Time) - PACE/Elderplace in Spokane, Washington
Description $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. This position will be working 32 hours/week during weekdays on day shift. Traveling to see patients in the Spokane area is required. This position provides specialized case management mental health services to participants under the PACE model of care. Spends a majority of time in direct patient care in clinic and home-based environments. Working with other team members to provide comprehensive assessments and consultation. Or Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License upon hire. Or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire. Or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License upon hire. 1 year of work experience with geriatric population.
