Humanix Maintenance Manager in Spokane, Washington

Our client has a permanent opening for an experienced Maintenance Manager in Spokane WA. In this role you will manage, lead, motivate, and develop a team of mechanics to increase equipment uptime and achieve plant objectives; drive Total Productive Maintenance throughout the foundry; and troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide root cause analyses with corrective and/or preventative actions. Compensation for the Maintenance Manager

 

  • $110,000 - $130,000 Annually DOE
  • Monday -- Friday

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager

 

  • Driving improved plant maintenance systems throughout the two foundries.
  • Develop and execute improvement projects in the foundry based on analysis and observation of foundry operations and the direction of foundry management.
  • Develops and drives employee performance, development, engagement, and training.
  • Lead plant maintenance staff in the deployment of Total Productive Maintenance and act as Maintenance Lead for plant Continuous Improvement.
  • Direct work activity of plant maintenance planner to set-up and administer preventative maintenance software, work order, and spare part system
  • Support and coordinate capital projects.
  • Work in a self-directed manner to lead the overall maintenance activity of the foundry and demonstrate the ability to drive data based operational and improvement projects.

     

Requirements of the Maintenance Manager

 

  • Manufacturing: 3 years (Required)
  • Management: 5 years (Required)
  • Industrial maintenance/plant operations: 5 years (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of E-Maint CMMS software is a plus
  • Strong communication both written and verbal
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principals and continuous improvement
  • Adaptable
