DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Board and disburse new loans, process renewals, and perform loan modifications. Respond to employee and customer requests including loan advances, payoff quotes, and credit inquiries. Perform required loan account maintenance including name and address changes, recurring payment cancelation, and resolution of non-posted payments. Review co-workers file maintenance journal for accuracy. Review weekly collateral tracking report. Contact insurance agents, sends correspondence to customers, and update collateral tracking in Silverlake. Process all draw requests while ensuring conformity to applicable budgets, approval authority, and relevant procedures. Process payments on loans and contract collection accounts. Remit and accept payments pertaining to loans participated with other financial institutions. Perform reporting and account reconciliation as needed to ensure accuracy of records and reporting. Prepare annual assignment and indemnity documentation for crop insurance policies; update collateral tracking. Maintain filing fees accounts. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date. About You REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Six months to two years of similar or related experience preferred. High school degree or GED required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY: Communication skills and interpersonal skills Ability to work on a team Knowledge of loan processing is a plus WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise.
