Northwest Farm Credit Services Finance Treasury Analyst in Spokane, Washington

We are in search of a Finance Treasury Analyst I or Finance Treasury Analyst II to join our Treasury department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the Treasurer and is responsible for the various daily/monthly operations of the organization's liquidity management, funding/hedging, investment, and financial derivative activities, which includes daily/monthly reporting and analysis and executing trades with external parties. This role assists with the development and analysis of interest rate risk strategies, macro-economic conditions, and various analytics associated with Treasury management functions. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is: Level I: $57,000 - $86,000; bonus at target is 8% of salary. Level II: $63,000 - $95,000; bonus at target is 10% of salary. Job Requirements Responsible for the daily operations (reporting, analysis, trade execution) of AgWest Farm Credit's liquidity management, funding/hedging, investment, and derivative activities. Develop, prepare, monitor, and analyze various Treasury reports for daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting needs. Interact with internal and external parties (inside and outside of the Farm Credit System) for trade executions and other ongoing maintenance/support needs for funding, investments, and derivatives. Represent the team on projects requiring technical subject matter expertise. Provide support and treasury knowledge for data management and enterprise risk management needs. Develop and participate in presentations on Treasury topics. Assist with development and preparation of macro-economic analysis and commentary. Adhere to board, GFA and Asset Liability Committee parameters and FCA regulations. Support the development and updates to procedures, business continuity plans, policies, and internal control documentation as appropriate. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and understanding of accounting, economic and finance principles and practices. Knowledge of loan products and financial instruments offered by AgWest or other similar financial institutions. Ability to learn and proficiently use Treasury tools, systems, and concepts. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Ability to build trust and rapport with individuals of all levels within then organization. Preferred Requirements Experience with pricing and structuring financial products, including loans, debt, investments and hedging instruments. Knowledge of economic and market changes that impact financial instruments. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access. Knowledge of loan accounting and origination systems. Certifica
