We know our success depends on your success. Reporting directly to the SVP, of Operations, this role will lead the Core Transformation Team (CTT) for operations and corporate workstream deliverables. This role is pivotal in working across respective operating sites; the CTT Lead will oversee the organization, coordination, and completion of multiple projects on time, within budget and scope. This role will oversee the CTT Finance Lead and work with capital project leaders to manage projects and budgets. This position collaborates and communicates with the Senior Leadership Team about project plans, developing and presenting progress, interdependencies, and barriers to achieving mission-critical objectives. What you will do Project Management Support the development and management of detailed project plan(s), resource allocation needs, and budget information, including project process reviews. Identify project timeline and resourcing risks. Establish and develop countermeasures. Lead coordination of internal resources, third parties/vendors/operations, and commercial leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Align changes across the organization and communicate to organization stakeholders. Establish and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors/subject matter experts ensuring alignment of project scope, performance delivery expectations, and compliance with internal sourcing requirements. Develop and present project status update presentations for the Senior Leadership Team in collaboration with the site leadership teams as needed. Execute project review process, establish project toll gates, and lead project review meetings. Manage and facilitate a project management tracking and reporting system. Shepherd and champion the process to ensure it remains part of "how we do business". Change Management and Communications Lead the development, execution, and implementation of MCO projects incorporating stakeholder identification, alignment, and engagement. Lead the team in the development and execution of change management and communication plans to support mission-critical objectives. Develop plans in partnership with leadership. Organizational Leadership and Development Manage the CTT Team inclusive of leadership representation, capital planning, and finance. Coach and develop finance lead; support ongoing professional development consistent with Clearwater Paper values; promote positive employee relations. Understand, validate, and adjust mission-critical objectives in partnership with the Sr. Leadership team. Create long-term business financial improvement Support the development of a 3-5-year strategic plan Key Competencies & Attributes Apply critical financial business metrics to project management and execution to assist in risk identification. Identify, define, and set a strategic direction; identify gaps and adjust priorities in a fast-paced evolving project space.
