We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper to manage Accounts Payable/Receivable, facilitate payroll processes, assist with the transition to ADP Software, produce financial reports, and handle tax preparation. This role also involves filing Department of Revenue taxes, auditing receipts, and completing journal entries.
Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable
Assist with the transition to ADP Software
Produce financial reports as needed
Facilitate payroll processes
Prepare information for CPA during tax season
File Department of Revenue taxes
Audit high volume of receipts
Complete journal entries
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience in bookkeeping
Expert knowledge of QuickBooks
Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Proficiency in financial statement preparation, payroll, WIP, inventory management, and collection calls
Additional Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience (Preferred)
Degree in Accounting or related field (Preferred)
Understanding of state tax law (OR/WA/ID)
Teachable personality that is willing to take feedback and learn
Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The office is located at the front desk. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00
