Maintains and troubleshoots Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and related applications, supporting internal users with same. Tasks of Position The following are core and essential responsibilities of this position. Associates are responsible for completing any and all duties assigned as required for the successful operation of our business. All associates are required to perform their job duties in a manner which upholds the integrity and honesty of our company. Reporting for assigned work on time, and on a regular basis, prepared to provide excellent service and leadership. Performing payroll and personnel services by completing the following duties personally, or through store level staff: Verifying incoming Associates' information is complete, accurate, and properly stored in various human resource systems used to manage employee pay and benefits. Performing the majority of data input associated with various payroll and employment related transactions; including, but not limited to: state unemployment insurance inquiries, garnishments, hand checks, off-schedule payrolls, compensation management, and various special payment requests. Maintaining, updating, and auditing of databases in various HRIS applications used for human resource management. Creating and distributing payroll and associated human resources information reports to various departments and store management upon request. Reviewing and accepting all self-service transactions submitted through Yoke's HRIS systems; including, but not limited to new hires, terminations, records updates, store manager self-service requests and associate self-service record changes submitted via various channels. Researching and verifying payroll and all associated human resource department recordkeeping is performed and retained in compliance with federal, state, municipal laws and various company policies.
