Description
We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team and support our financial operations. In this role, you’ll handle essential accounting tasks, including payroll and accounts payable, while providing general office support as needed. This position works closely with our onsite General Manager to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Bi-Weekly Payroll: Process payroll using ADP for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Accounts Payable: Manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records.
Month-End Closing: Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements to support accurate month-end closings.
Administrative Support: Partner with the onsite General Manager to provide general office assistance as needed.
Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 DOE
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in ADP payroll processing and accounting software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
