Northwest Center Maintenance Repair Worker in Spokane Valley, Washington

Northwest Center Is Looking for Our Next Maintenance Technician! We are OneNorth Integrated Facility Solutions (OneNorth IFS), a world-class janitorial and building services operation. Location: Spokane/Spokane Valley, WA Schedule:  *Part-Time, some weekends, hours will vary *Wage Range: $23 - $28 Per hour, depending on experience What we can offer:

What we are looking for:

  • 3-5+ Years' experience of *HANDS-ON *facility maintenance or building trades 
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office products including Outlook)
  • Team player that can work effectively and diplomatically with site personnel and supervisors
  • Working knowledge of building and mechanical systems
  • Knowledge and experience working with a variety of power and hand tools
  • Possess the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of carpentry, cabinetry, painting, drywall, and appliance maintenance
  • Familiar with work order systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Valid Driver License
