Days, M-F Preferred (You're able to build your own schedule)
Local or Travel Candidates Considered
Home Health Experience Preferred (Willing to train the right candidate)
Active WA or Compact License Required
The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible forproviding and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance withthe physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’shome or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home duringappointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state inwhich the RN will practice
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
