JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance Supervisor- 2nd Shift - R-32886 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance Supervisor- 2nd Shift The Maintenance Supervisor will provide leadership and direction to both the operations and utility maintenance teams, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of our production and utility systems. Hours: Monday-Friday, starting time at 12:30 PM. This position requires effective communication with co-workers and working during non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and potential overtime. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the Corrective, Preventive, and Predictive maintenance of plant process equipment and utility support systems. * Oversee the maintenance of the facility, including grounds, waste systems, warehouse, and roof systems. * Lead by example in the areas of Safety, Quality, and Reliability/Continuous Improvement. * Collaborate cross functionally to ensure optimal performance, safety and reliability of all systems. * Manage direct report performance; reviews, corrective actions, and coaching.
