Summary: The Assistant Finance Manager will help manage the fiscal operations of the agency to ensure the proper safeguarding of agency assets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Essential job duties/responsibilities of the Assistant Finance Manager include, but are not limited to the following:
- Performs general accounting.
- Assists Finance Director in all aspects of Fiscal Operations
- Processes Bi-weekly Payroll distributes year-end tax documents
- Administers Agency Retirement Plan and makes sure it is in compliance with ERISA
- Helps process all fiscal fund/grant reporting.
- Processes deposits for senior housing.
- Processes draw-downs from LOC - (Head Start Program).
- Assists in the monitoring of expenditures of approved budgets for all programs.
- Adhere to Piedmont Community Actions, Inc. and Head Start's policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports.
