SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will have janitorial experience and be comfortable performing a variety of tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities and vehicles.
MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous janitorial or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and able to manage time effectively.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Perform janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness of the facilities and vehicles.
- Conduct chain repairs and manage inventory.
- Fuel vehicles and ensure they are ready for use.
- Procure supplies for the shop as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness of vehicles.
- Maintain daily inventory and assist with organization.
- Manage files, including storing and discarding documents as necessary.
- Assist with snow removal during winter months.
- Climb ladders and perform heavy lifting as required periodically.
- Work in various environments, including hot and cold conditions.
