About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee position to join our Human Resources Department in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.

  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

  • Screening resumes and applications

  • Conducting Interviews

  • Updating our internal databases with employee information to ensure it meets the internal requirements

  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies

  • Updating job descriptions

  • Organize internal events related with colleagues

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Qualification

  • Studies related to hospitality or human resources Experience

  • Related work experience is a strength

Skills

  • Good English communication skills

  • Knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and Management.

  • Team work and creative skills.

  • Pleasing personality.
