Leading Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool development projects, using a CI/CD approach. Working with PLM business lead/project manager for detail planning. Designing, proposing, and developing effective PLM solutions for complex business problems. Gathering and documenting user requirements by working closely with Business leads and Team members. Configuring and customizing Aras Innovator PLM platform to specific business and technical requirements. Analyzing customer inputs by understanding business processes, create use cases and define system operational context. Working with developers on projects and monitoring project milestones. Organizing sprints for development activities and tasks. Leading production deployments of deliverables at end of each sprint using Agile/Scrum development processes. Contribute to codebase of the project (using JavaScript, C#, SQL, etc.). Designing PLM solutions to be compatible with top browsers, including Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. Overseeing the troubleshooting of technical and user reported issues to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
