Our mission-driven approach and commitment to continuous professional and personal development make Concorde a unique and rewarding place to work.Position Summary:The Assistant Director of Student Affairs (ADSA) is a direct report to the Director of Student Affairs, with supervisory responsibility for the Student Affairs staff in the absence of the Director of Student Affairs. The Assistant Director will provide day-to-day leadership to support the Director in all of the Student Affairs' Key Responsibilities on Campus. The ADSA is jointly responsible for oversight and attainment of Department/Campus Objectives for student retention, satisfaction, graduate placement, effective handling of student complaints, orientation and other key processes. The ADSA will act as a change agent, separating activity from results. The ADSA must be results focused with the ability to achieve results through other people. The ADSA supports the Director of Student Affairs to create a student focused environment within the Student Affairs team and influence all departments on Campus to support and foster this environment throughout the student experience.

Responsibilities, Your Role and Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of short-term and long-term Student Affairs strategies to ensure the campus growth and profitability objectives are met. Attainment of campus retention/attrition, placement and student satisfaction goals. Provide input to ensure that budgets, policies, practices and actions are aligned to produce desired results, consistent with the overall mission and strategic plan for Concorde and Student Affairs. Help to ensure that all Student Affairs operations are in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations along with the Company's policies and procedures. Collaborate with other Campus staff in resolution of student complaints and issues to satisfactory conclusion, as needed and in the absence of the Director of Student Affairs. Jointly responsible for creating an environment that engages staff, and provides quality student relationships and professional development, wh le developing purposeful relationships within the local health care community. Support the direction of the business development process to increase community resources, job leads and externship sites. Provides additional guidance to ensure that daily/weekly run rates are achieved for placements, job lead development and re-entry activities. Initial oversight for weekly CSC reports, to include retention and 3rd party re-verification updates, as outlined per policy, and report at campus-wide meetings as applicable. Other Duties, as assigned.

Qualifications, Your Qualifications: Education / Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education and Human Sciences or related field required, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Student Affairs, Student Services, Graduate Employment/Career Services, or Education management. Supervisory Experience preferred. Must be highly organized and willing to rearrange priorities to meet changing workload needs and deadline demands

Skills: Proficient in MS platforms: Budgeting; Critical Thinker Abilities. Able and willing to: Communicate, think, learn, and reason. Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasks. Demonstrate and utilize active listening, inductive reasoning, information ordering and category flexibility. Ability to function in flexible and adaptable work schedules. Ability to withstand frequent/continuous video-on virtual meetings. Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential and multiple projects are worked simultaneously.
