Description
Environmental Tectonics Corporation, a growing, dynamic US Company located just outside of Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support the general operations of the Accounting Department. The ideal candidate is someone that is self-motivated, highly organized and uses their time efficiently. They will have at least 1-2 years of experience working in an accounting or finance department. Daily duties to include: • Processing of invoices and expense reports • Reconciliation of vendor statements • Researching discrepancies • Processing the weekly check run • Vendor communications • Wire Processing • General Ledger reconciliation • Reconciliation of Credit Card transactions This is a Full Time 40 hour a week in office position and also offers opportunity for career progression.
