Midwest Painting & Construction Co, Inc. Project Engineer, Quality Assurance in Southampton, New Jersey
Utilizing engineering knowledge coordinate company’s construction projects, including electrical, for residential and commercial clients throughout the project development process. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes for compliance with engineering principles. Inspect facilities, evaluate effectiveness, related changes, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications. Review blueprints, write reports, approve expenditures, and make decisions about the purchase of materials or services. Consult & negotiate with clients. Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work. Prepare bids, review and recommend contracts & cost estimates. Obtain, update and maintain required permits, plans, licenses, and records. Inspect facilities/projects sites to ensure safety regulation compliance and to report findings. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in electrical or electronic engineering, or mechanical engineering or electrical engineering technology + 1 yr. exp.
