The Role

As the Contact Centre Communication and Engagement Manager you will manage and execute the communication & engagement strategies that drive employee satisfaction & retention within the Contact Centre Operation. Helping the Contact Centre Leadership Team to deliver initiatives that improve the employee experience. Managing key Contact Centre initiatives such as Ship Visit & Familiarisation trips and well as planning CCO wide events & updates.

You will be responsible for the onboarding process from new advisors and gathering insight from employees who leave the business through exit interviews.

You will:

  • Manage the Contact Centre communication & engagement strategies to support contact centre key objectives and employee satisfaction

  • Provide insight and hold the wider management team to account on actions and initiatives that deliver an improved employee experience

  • Maintain strong relationships with CUK internal communication team to ensure CCO are included in companywide activities & are aligned with any Contact Centre specific initiatives

  • Activate different methods of communicating messages to the CCO, such as videos, podcasts, and newsletters, explore different approaches & Technology to deliver them

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK07 and is offered on a full time 13-month FTC/ Secondment basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, including up to two days from home.

  • Excellent writing and verbal communications skills - able to put complex messages into clear and engaging language

  • An eye for detail – able to proofread and identify errors with high quality standards

  • Creative – comes up with innovative ways to engage employees and share news.
