Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling finished units, designing and constructing tools, testing electrical components, and making necessary repairs and adjustments.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble finished units prior to shipment.

  • Design and construct tools, jigs, and fixtures for the assembly and testing of completed products or subassemblies.

  • Test the electrical, electronic, and electromechanical content of the finished product.

  • Make small repairs and adjustments as required.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.

  • Experience with electronics assembly, electrical assembly, and production.

  • Proficiency in soldering, schematic reading, and wiring.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Associates degree in electronics is a plus.

  • Experience as an electronics technician or in mechanical assembly.

Work Environment

Our work environment is small and family-oriented, with around 20 people. The CEO is very involved, creating a close-knit and engaged atmosphere. We are still settling into our new facility, providing an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy a hands-on and dynamic workspace. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Connecticut.
