Robert Half HRIS Operations Coordinator in South San Francisco, California

Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a proactive HRIS Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic talent management team. The HRIS Operations Coordinator will serve as an internal systems expert, providing data management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives to best serve our HR operations. This is a contract role with possibilities of converting into full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the functionality of HRIS tools, systems, and databases.

• Overseeing data input and integrity, identifying, and resolving issues as needed.

• Generating and compiling reports specific to HR metrics.

• Working closely with HR and management to improve HRIS system processes.

• Providing training and support to HR and other staff as required.

• Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in HRIS management. • Strong familiarity with database and HRIS systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with HR-related software.
