Robert Half Marketing Manager in South Pasadena, California

Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in South Pasadena, California. The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing the organization's Marketing plans and programs, which include various aspects such as advertising, website management, social media, and public relations. This role also involves directing the enhancement of products, services, and delivery channels.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the development and execution of marketing plans, ensuring the efficient use of resources, agencies/vendors and adherence to the organization's goals.

• Oversee and manage the organization's brand identity, ensuring a consistent and positive image is maintained.

• Lead the development and execution of the organization's website, email marketing, and social media sites, ensuring they effectively generate business and reflect the brand's positive image.

• Conduct marketing research to gather insights on member needs, product development, technological needs, and competitive analysis.

• Evaluate current product offerings, analyzing performance, historical trends, member preferences, and market trends to recommend future enhancements.

• Develop and implement new product and service enhancements, pricing strategies, and new programs, ensuring they align with operational processes and contribute to the program's success.

• Coordinate annual meetings, member informational meetings, and special activity meetings to facilitate communication and engagement with members.

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations pertaining to the department, developing and updating policies and procedures as necessary.

• Monitor member/customer service standards to ensure they meet organizational guidelines.

• Publicize important news within the industry and sponsor through press releases, published articles, and other appropriate media and events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Marketing, particularly within a similar role, ideally 4+ years.

• Proficient in Digital Marketing and Traditional Marketing.

• Demonstrated ability to develop effective Marketing Strategies.

• Experience in Marketing Communication and coordination as well as main point of contact with agency support.

• Understanding of B2C Marketing approaches.

• Proven track record in executing successful Promotional Marketing campaigns.

• Excellent Social Media management skills, including the creation of Social Media Campaigns and compelling Social Media Content.

• Strong knowledge of Public Relations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.

• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.

• Experience with budget management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required.
