Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $60k $80k / Yearly
What you'll be doing as a Operation Manager:
Supervise and lead a team of groundskeepers and maintenance staff
Plan, build, and maintain landscape features including gardens, trees, and irrigation systems
Ensure the proper care and maintenance of all outdoor areas
Implement landscaping designs and ensure they are executed to specifications
Oversee inventory management for landscaping supplies and equipment
Monitor and manage budgets for landscaping projects
Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide solutions

Job requirements:
Proficiency in lawn care, groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, tree care, and garden upkeep
Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise a team of groundskeepers
Ability to maintain outdoor spaces to the highest standards
Experience in irrigation systems installation and maintenance
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute landscaping projects efficiently
Background check and drug screening required
