Our client, a global leader in financial services, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Annuity & Insurance Operations group. This team provides exceptional operational and customer service support to financial advisors and branch employees. The role requires a strong focus on relationship-building, issue resolution, and adherence to established service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and branch employees to deliver world-class service.

  • Address inquiries related to insurance licensing, order desk operations, and policy services.

  • Issue Resolution:

  • Handle inquiries via phone and case management systems, utilizing online resources and tools to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Adhere to established guidelines for service quality and one-call resolution.

  • Process Coordination:

  • Route processing requests to the appropriate teams and escalate inquiries when necessary for additional research.

  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of client requests following organizational procedures.

  • Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively to meet team and department service goals set by management.

  • Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance knowledge of annuity and insurance operations.

salary: $21.33 - $21.34 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

-Establish and maintain effective relationships in order to deliver world class service to our clients.

-Handle inquiries by phone and cases from financial advisors and branch employees related to Insurance Licensing, Order Desk, and Policy Services.

-Utilize online resources and tools to provide information and resolve issues while following established guidelines for service quality and one-call resolution.

-Follow established procedures to route processing requests to the appropriate processing teams and to escalate inquiries for further research.

-Meet team and department service goals established by MSSN management.
