Catamount Ski Resort Adventure Camp Counselor in South Egremont, Massachusetts
Provide activities, playtime and supervision for children ages 3-13 Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Assist with check-in for campers. - Provide child safe activities based upon the age and interest of the child. - Provide supervision and guidance to assure safe play for children. - Participate with children in activities, arts & crafts and games. - Participate with children in outdoor play activities. - Oversee meals and snacks, eating with children. - Clean and maintain camp space keeping it child safe and sanitary. - Communicate with parents and guardians regarding child\'s experiences. - Ensure that all children have a fun and memorable experience. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities): - Skilled in providing outstanding customer service. - Must display mature judgment skills in making decisions. - Must follow company procedures for maintaining a safe workplace. - Must pay attention to detail and have an extreme dedication to safety. - Must have a friendly and fun disposition and connect with children. - Prior experience babysitting or caring/supervising children preferred.
