Job Description
Currently seeking a Construction Project Manager for a full time permanent position in the South Easton, MA area. This nationally recognized ornamental/miscellaneous metal fabricator is looking for a great candidate to join their growing team.
Benefits include: health and dental insurance, 3 days of paid sick time, 401K, and paid vacation time.
Responsibilities of Construction Project Manager:
-Act as liaison between the shop and the construction site
-Visit construction site when needed
-Manage projects autonomously with support from senior staff and production team
-Establishing relationships with the customers, vendors and contractors
-Direct and oversee all phases of the project
-Coordinate with customer and internal departments to ensure project is completed on-time anon budget
Qualification of Construction Project Manager:
-Must have previous experience with project management
-Be able to read blueprints and other contract drawings and specifications
-Previous AutoCAD and Bluebeam experience required
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Understand erection and fabrication drawings of mics/architectural metal work
-Strong computer skills
-Be able to field measure/ survey
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $75, 000-$115, 000/year
