Job Summary
In this position you will be responsible for HVAC and automation systems maintenance sales contracts with commercial, industrial, educational and institutional clients in the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers
Expand sales for existing contract customers
Knowledge of building automation systems is a plus
Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers
Converts leads into opportunities by identifying the appropriate sales course of action
Develops multiple relationships with buying influences within the customer’s organization which may include the facility manager, project managers, or purchasing agent
Is successful at maintaining an acceptable rate of new sales
Willing to travel in the regional area as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in sales and marketing
Knowledge of financial based sales
HVAC systems knowledge is a plus
Excellent communicator and have great organizational skills with a positive attitude while being a team player.
Believe that customer service is the first priority.
Knowledgeable in computers and common computer software.
