POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for providing administrative and customer service support within RPS division.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Responsible for entering transactions and processing in multiple software applications.
  • Balances and reconciles multiple systems.
  • Provides internal and external customer service and communications.
  • Creates and maintains various written correspondence.
  • Responsible for daily activity of incoming/outgoing mail and filing.
  • Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
  • Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs all other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • One (1) - two (2) years of related experience preferred.
  • Previous accounting experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work in team environment.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Computer skills; prior experience with spreadsheets and applications.
  • Customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
