JBS - Souderton Beef Plant EMPLOYMENT COORDINATOR in Souderton, Pennsylvania

Description

The Employment Coordinator will support various disciplines of Employment office including, employee relations, employment, preparing candidate for touring the plant, making and updating daily report, setting up appointment for interviews, preparing new hired folder for Human Resources, and employee development.

Responsibilities :

  • Update Jobvite (register all applications, disposed them, etc...)
  • Handle confidential and personal information.
  • Maintain adequate records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  •  Enter and maintain employee records information into SAP
  • Aid with recruiting, interviews
  • Complete Applicant Interviews
  • Assist Employment office with various clerical/administrative duties as needed.

  • Human resource experience preferred but not required
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English-Creole) preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent technical skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Kronos and HR-SAP).
