Data Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Data Coordinator!
In this vital role, the Data Coordinator is responsible for creating clinical billing reports, reviewing clinical billing reports for errors, and working with Early Intervention Clinicians to ensure all billing is submitted in an accurate and timely fashion.
The Data Coordinator will also:
run productivity reports
collect and organize medical data
enter playgroup progress notes into EICS
manage outreach to unresponsive clients via letters
provide coverage for the weekly billing import process as needed
provide front desk coverage as needed

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

Required Skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to keep many projects organized and up-to-date at the same time
Ability to switch gears as needed to meet tight deadlines
Dependable, strong work ethic
Knowledge of how to use the EICS system or a willingness to learn a new electronic health record
Knowledge of how to use the TBR billing program or a willingness to learn the basics of medical billing required
Required Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
PC computer literacy (emailing files, editing fillable PDFs, downloading and uploading documents etc)
Experience and proficiency using Excel to sort and manipulate large spreadsheets of data
