Continental Production Operator IV (BMN2 -12 shift 6pm-6am) in Somersworth, New Hampshire

Operate BM Machines according to certification for all workstations/ cells to produce parts in accordance with equipment specifications, SOP’s, and Work Instructions.
Ensure machine vent waste and tail scrap is disposed in designated bins.
Ensure that equipment setup is completed in accordance with the appropriate Work Instructions, and that the First Off process is followed correctly. Complete all necessary production and quality documentation.
Monitor equipment to ensure the produced parts are within compliance with specifications and quality requirements. Quality or production concerns must be communicated to the Shift Supervisor. Perform in-process visual and instrumented inspections. Document the results as described in the Inspection Instruction and Failure Catalogue (including appearance, superficial defects, debris, shards and similar).
Assist in on-the-job training of Blow Mold Machine Lv.1 and 2, including employees that have been hired, transferred, or were promoted.
Ensure that the operation of the production equipment is done in accordance with the daily and weekly production plans. Notify Supervision of any significant deviations from the daily production plan immediately.
Ensure that all Materials, Components, Work-in-Process, and Finished Goods are properly identified with labels, at all steps in the process.
Participate in auditing processes, as required. Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Update production information and GEMBA performance and supporting the Lead Operator as and when required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
1.5+ years experience in production.
Technical Skills: Basic math and computer skills required. Operate all work stations in departmental area. Certification for BMN Machine Training Level 1, 2 and 3 required in BM area OR Training competency.
Other Skills/ Abilities: Able to read and understand work instructions. Ability to have good attention to detail. Must be able to speak English. Good communication skills required. Ability to work as a part of a team.
