Job Description

  • Support with training records and qualification project for shopfloor employees.

  • Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluate them.

  • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.

  • Process and file personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training or other administrative forms.

  • Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities and presentations on various HR initiatives.

  • Assist employees with HR policies, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).

  • Assists in maintaining the communication boards and preparing different communication posts.

  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events and other HR initiatives.

  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.

Job Requirements

  • Enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
