Hiring: MIG Welder
Job Description: Join our team as a MIG Welder, focusing on welding plates to beams and columns for large structures. Proficiency in Flux-core and MIG welding on rails and stairs is required.
Hours:
49-hour work weeks
1st Shift: 5:30am-4pm M-Th, 5:30am-3pm F
2nd Shift: 4pm-1:30am M-Th, 4pm-12:30am F
Pay:
$20-$25/hr based on weld test/interview
Reviews and potential raises every 6 months
Flexible scheduling for student welders
Responsibilities:
Weld plates to beams and columns
Perform Flux-core and MIG welding on rails and stairs
Ensure welds meet structural integrity standards
Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
Use tape measure accurately
Skills:
1+ years of MIG and Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) experience
Structural steel welding experience or relevant schooling
Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
Proficient with a tape measure

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
