Ivoclar Plant Operator - Apprenticeship Opportunity in Somerset, New Jersey

Description

As an Apprenticeship Plant Operator, you will learn how to monitor products and produce high quality medical devices for dental applications. You will play a crucial role in maintaining product standards and quality-control systems, and identify potential malfunctions to improve efficiency, while ensuring the production of quality parts that meet customer specifications. You will also directly contribute to value-added activities and will be pivotal to the success of our company. Our Plant Operator Apprenticeship opportunity is a 6000 hour, paid on-the-job training program including 432+ hours of paid related technical instruction. At the successful conclusion of this program, Apprentices will earn a Nationally recognized Apprenticeship Certificate from the US Department of Labor and the opportunity for a permanent role within our organization. Who We Are Looking For If you are passionate and eager to learn and grow, have a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, and are enthusiastic about working in a professional and respectful team environment, then you are an excellent candidate for our program! Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and must be at least 18 years of age.
