System One Inventory Specialist in Somerset, New Jersey

Title: Inventory Specialist

Location: Somerset, NJ

Hours: 8:30-5:00pm

Type: Direct Hire

Requirement:

Associates degree or 2-3 years related experience in Inventory Management of OTC, Pharma. Would consider other regulated industries.

Must have experience in GMP Inventory/Warehouse background and following SOPs

Understanding of a SLOB inventory- " slow-moving and obsolete inventory" and LIFO and FIFO

Must have experience utilizing/following a WMS/ERP system or process.

Aptitude to implement WMS system a plus ( they are moving to an electronic system)

Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory levels

Monitor inventory accuracy

Perform inventory discrepancy investigations

Slow moving and obsolete (SLOB Reports)

Monitor expired inventory, tracking, destruction and hold meetings regarding same

Lead future WMS implementation

Monitor deductions accuracy

Inventory Reporting

Initiate and maintain cycle count program

Safety:
