Exciting Automation Controls Engineer Opportunity!!!
Job Description
As an Automation Controls Engineer, you will be a key member of our Research and Development Team. You will be at the forefront of designing, testing, and implementing new innovative products and automation equipment, as well as enhancing existing ones. The role involves designing in AutoCAD Electrical, programming, testing, and modifying PLCs and HMIs using B&R Automation Studios, and supporting the mechanical team and electricians with technical engineering knowledge as we create our industrial machines.
Responsibilities
Design electrical systems using AutoCAD Electrical.
Program, test, and modify PLCs and HMIs using B&R Automation Studios.
Support the mechanical team and electricians with technical engineering knowledge.
Collaborate with multiple teams to create industrial machines.
Enhance existing automation equipment and products.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Mechanical Engineering Technology (BSMET)
2+ years of industrial automation experience
Working knowledge of the basic engineering process from conception to completion
Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with multiple people and teams
Work Environment
This role is based in a lab/office environment. You will have the opportunity to create and collaborate on cutting-edge machines while growing your overall engineering skillset.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.47 - $50.00
