The HR Business Partner will provide HR partnership and expertise to assigned client groups. Develop and implement HR initiatives focused on achieving business objectives. This position provides human resources expertise in the areas of employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, employee retention, coaching/development, conflict management, and more.
This position is part of the HR Department and will be located in Solna. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Advise, influence coach and guide all levels of management on people-management and leadership related issues - act as point of contact for enquiries.
Anticipate the need for change and influence change before a crisis or inflection point arrives. Consciously strive to build networks of support for change goals and objectives.
Delivery of HR processes (Performance Management, Salary Revision, Recruitment, Work environment, Rehabilitation, Negotiations with Unions etc.)
Co-create processes and guidelines in cooperation with Global HR
Drive and participate in Program management project for the EMEA region

The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar.
Experience of international multi-site company
8+ years of qualified HR experience
Fluency in Swedish and English
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience from manufacturing industry
Experience of supporting commercial departments
