Reporting to the IT EMEA Apps Director, the Salesforce Solution Architect EMEA will be key business partner contributor to deliver CRM execution in EMEA for Customer Care/Field Service & Commercial processes.

The Salesforce Solution Architect EMEA is an IT improvement role for business process and for IT internally. This role helps guide businesses to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce. He/she will elicit, document, and analyze requirements around business challenges, and then produce data-driven solutions. Collect all the requirements from business to be transmitted to developers in IT will be one of the main tasks to do.

The Salesforce Solution Architect EMEA will be also a key support for delivering the solution and implement the solution on the salesforce platform, so the hands-on skill is mandatory. S/he will also support project on Salesforce platform where he/she will need to coordinate/support team of other IT developers and key users along all the path of the project.

His/her experience on different processes of the Field Service & Commercial processes will be really appreciated to support business and collaborate with the rest of IT Salesforce team on the design on the solution.

Will also collaborate with the Customer care/Field service and Commercial team in EMEA, to provide support on the definition of processes, to write functional documents , organize and support trainings and grant to follow the best practices with UAT, and its organization with business. Testing process on the system will be an often task for most of the enhancements or project for Field Service department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect all the business needs/requirements.

  • Write functional/technical documents descriptions.

  • Implement the changes/parametrization in Salesforce platform

  • Support on testing processes to business.

  • Test IT solutions to grant a good level of testing before to deliver it to business.

  • Add expertise and support to Customer care/Field service/commercial departments on their requirements and processes to innovate and increase the productivity with Salesforce.

  • Salesforce Trainings to the business when is required.

  • Implement salesforce solution as a Salesforce Solution Architect for enhancement or project if it is required.

  • Identifies issues or trends and brings them to the attention of IT management.

  • Escalates records for review to the supervisor or other appropriate staff members.

    Requirements:

  • Technical University Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

  • Expert with +3-5 years in Salesforce as Admin role/Solution Architect.

  • Full Life Cycle SFDC implementation experience with sales cloud, service cloud, CPQ, and others.

  • Proven experience in an IT business facing role. Pharma industry will be a plus.

  • Organized, focused, conscientious self-starter, learns details of new systems and programs quickly, and exercises good judgment in making decisions related to data.
